01 General Terms & Eligibility

Tk99 radio (referred to herein as the "Platform", "we", or "tk99radio.net") is an online betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and other approved regions. These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by the Platform.

Who Can Use This

• Users must be at least 18 years old. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

04 Withdrawal & Cashout Policy

Withdrawing your winnings from tk99 radio is straightforward and transparent. The following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC) before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 1–48 hours.
• A specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• A daily withdrawal limit applies and may vary depending on your account level.

05 Betting Rules

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk99 radio platform. Any violation will result in permanent account closure and full forfeiture of all balances:

• Placing bets using automated bots or software.

08 Account Suspension & Termination

Tk99 radio reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Providing false information during verification.
• Extended inactivity for more than 6 months.
• During investigation of suspicious financial activity.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Users may request account closure at any time. After submitting the request, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw your remaining balance.

09 Responsible Betting
